No forecasting AI hype
Sales velocity can inform buffers. We do not sell magic prediction layers.
We prove the reorder workflow on real operational data before a full deployment.
We trace SKUs, supplier lead times, reorder thresholds, safety buffers, stockouts, and overstock before designing the system.
We build a working reorder workflow on real SKU and supplier data so your team can see the operating rules before deployment.
After launch, we monitor the pipeline, tune buffers, manage vendor changes, and keep the dashboard trusted over time.
Why X-LANE
X-LANE helps product businesses replace reorder guesswork with a client-owned system their operations team can inspect, trust, and improve.
Leadership
I built X-LANE for product businesses in the awkward middle: too many SKUs, suppliers, and reorder decisions for spreadsheets, but not enough reason to take on a heavy ERP rollout.
The company exists to make that middle stage calmer. We build inventory and operations automation that keeps stock, supplier timing, purchase orders, and exceptions visible without trapping the client inside proprietary software.
What drives us
We focus on SKUs, supplier lead times, safety buffers, reorder thresholds, stockouts, and overstock.
The n8n workflow, Supabase database, Google Sheet, and PO rules stay in client-controlled accounts.
We sit between spreadsheets and heavy ERPs. We do not sell forecasting magic or broad agency programs.
What we don't do
The flagship is strongest when the business has real inventory complexity and is too small for a heavy ERP rollout. Outside that lane, we are direct about fit.
Sales velocity can inform buffers. We do not sell magic prediction layers.
The system sits alongside tools like Shopify, QuickBooks, Square, and Lightspeed.
Companies over $100M usually need NetSuite, SAP, or a dedicated ERP team.
If manual work is still cheaper than automation, we will say that.
The flagship is for physical inventory, multiple suppliers, and SKU complexity.
Highly regulated PO approval flows need a different compliance path.
Bring your SKU list, supplier list, and reorder process. We will check whether the flagship system is the right layer between your spreadsheets and a full ERP.
